The ICES Foundation has been formed as a not-for-profit Swiss Foundation and is therefore under the jurisdiction of the Swiss Federal Department of Interior. In addition, because of its global mission, the financial integrity of the ICES Foundation is serviced by the globally recognized firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and UBS.
